Quality – I've been coming here since 2000, and have always been extremely pleased with the quality and cost of the work, and the way that the owner treats his customers. This is THE place to go when I need body work.
Easy experience – I had gotten into a pretty bad accident with one of my vehicles and needed major body work done on my vehicle. Someone recommended Classic Collision to me and I am so happy I listened. I had my car dropped off there and had it back in a little over a week and the accident caused alot of damage. They contacted me kept me updated on the status of my car. I had a really great experience with them. They made a real stressful experience an easy one
Great job – I scratched my rear passenger door due to a careless mistake in an underground parking garage. Not really a major repair job but still I was nervous because I know people who have had some really ugly paint jobs done in the past by both dealerships and auto repair shops. Great place – This place is awesome! The owners are very sweet and they did an excellent job in re-painting my Jetta. They were able to finish the job before the time that they gave me. Personable – I was so pleased with the quality of customer service at this body shop, from the very first time I took my car in for an estimate to a couple months down the line when I got my car repaired (they still remembered me!). One thing I really like is that they always pick up the phone. You wouldn't believe how annoying it is when businesses don't do this during normal business hours. I recently had my 7 series repaired at Classic Collision. There was significant damage and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time (2.5 weeks) and executed with perfection. There is absolutely no trace of the damage. My car looks brand new. They really know their stuff. Discussed every detail with me at considerable length, very patient and accommodating at all times. I never had to call because they kept me updated regularly.
