It was great to come "home" when I returned to Classic Collision I had an initial experience with the entire staff after an accident with unforeseen road debris which had severely damaged my car. I've used Classic Collision many years. I got my car back today and this was the best experience yet. The customer service provided was excellent. They are quick to respond, polite and helpful. I had my damaged vehicle taken to Classic Collision and although it could not be repaired. I received excellent customer service from the manager . He went above and beyond to provide me information and processes to assist me with my insurance claim. If i ever am in need of collision repair again, this location will be the first place I call.
