I would like to say the service with Classic Collision was EXCELLENT. This outstanding service began the first day I spoke to them. Their attitude was polite and his concern was to make sure I understood how the process work before working on my car. They explained everything to me when I bought the car in for an estimate and everything will be taken care of. They had contacted Enterprise (which is the rental company I chose) and the driver and car was there to pick me up when I dropped my car off for repairs.
My estimator is excellent! He is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and I will never go anywhere else for car repair. He is the reason why! He is an outstanding employee!.
"Awesome service. Awesome Communication. Awesome and Flawless Repair. They communicated via phone and e-mail about the status of my vehicle before, during, and after my vehicle repair. I had right rear end damage to my BMW and they had it back to me in less than 48 hours. My rental car was there when I was done filling out my paperwork as I was leaving my vehicle for repair. I can't say thank you enough."
