quick and easy I recently got into an accident and a friend referred me to Classic Collision so I decided to take my car in and I love the work they did!! I wanted a place that would be quick and easy! They were fast, efficient and very friendly! My car looks great!!
I never feel taken advantaged of They never overcharge or try to get you to pay for services you don't really need. I trust them 100% and it's a great feeling to trust your auto mechanic. I never feel taken advantaged of.
Less than other Places Classic Collision of Marietta is my go to place for any auto repair; they fixed my vehicle and brought it back to its original state!!! After the accident I thought it was finished, they repaired it at less than costs of other places. Thank you Classic!!!
Right On Target I came in for an estimate, which they did immediately, on the spot, while I waited. They made an appointment with me to do the repair, and they told me it would take three days. On the third day they called and said your car is ready!!! It looked great, and the price was exactly as quoted. They are a very busy shop and I had to wait two weeks for my appointment, but it was well worth waiting for. I got 6 estimates by the way, and they were right in the running. So great I love the work the Classic Collision does. They really are great! I came here to get a scratch out of my truck and I left not believing my eyes! The scratch (which was really deep) was completely gone!
great The whole team here at Classic Collision are all very professional, easy going, knowledgeable and low pressure. These guys are honest and only recommend what is in your best interest. Their prices are more than fair. After a less than favorable experience 2 weeks ago at an over priced dealership, I was trying to figure out what to do. These guys are the answer. If you want honest, reputable and knowledgeable mechanics, I highly recommend these guys. Simply said, they are the best!
First Place I had my damaged vehicle taken to Classic Collision and although it could not be repaired. I received excellent customer service from the manager . He went above and beyond to provide me information and processes to assist me with my insurance claim. If i ever am in need of collision repair again, this location will be the first place I call.
Completely Satisfied These guys are GREAT! I have used them 4 times now and would come from out of state. The repairs and the paint are flawless. They fix a car so it is absolutely like brand new. I had a couple small things (door gasket came loose). They bent over backwards to make it was fixed and that i was happy with it. They worked directly with Geico and state farm so there was never any insurance hassles of any kind. My car just was fixed and i was completely satisfied with the work and the way i was treated.
This visit was a complete pleasure This is the second time we have used Classic Collision....the first time resulted in the other insurance company appraiser finding our Lexus was totaled......not something we were prepared for as both the tow truck driver and your service advisor felt the car was repairable.
