I stayed in one of their Berlin Court townhomes. Lisa and Olivia from the office were a pleasure to work with, great to talk to, and always very responsive. Lisa always followed up with me within minutes of putting in a maintenance request! Maintenance was also always there within 24 hours of putting a request in! I had a great experience and would absolutely rent from them again. Highly recommend.

I rented with them for 3 years. I loved renting with CCRE. They always made sure to respond promptly to any needs I had. Maintenance was usually there the same day I put in a work order or within 24 hours. They also didn’t mind working with me when I had financial hardships. Very understanding and compassionate. They also went out of their way to make things were right when I moved. Thank you guys.

My brother and roommate lived here last year, and the experience was disappointing. Upon moving in, we encountered several issues with the house. Firstly, one of the living room windows had been replaced with plexiglass, which was poorly sealed using chalk. Additionally, the stylish hanging lights proved inadequate for illuminating the house at night, prompting us to supplement it with a floodlight pointed at the ceiling.
