A year ago, Classic City inspected our home. David told us that there was nothing wrong with our crawl space or foundation. We now know from 4 professionals that the foundation requires significant repairs, which any person familiar with pier and beam construction could have spotted. He actually commented to us that the crawl space was in great condition! Had the perfect ranch house I was looking at, contacted Classic City Home Inspection to check it out. David was extremely accommodating, made an appointment within the week when another inspector had fallen through. He arrived punctually and was very thorough. Was willing to get under the crawl space despite it being approx. 18" at some points. Checked out the electrical, the roof, etc., as would be expected.
