We purchased a used van on 5/24/2025, 11 weeks ago. We are still waiting on a license plate. My husband and I contacted K*** S**** and manager, numerous times. On 6/29 I texted K*** S****, a temporary license plate is about to expire. I had not heard from him, so my husband called K*** S**** on 7/1, 2 days after, I texted K*** S****. K*** S**** was a salesperson who sold a van to us. K*** didn't want to solve the problems, and he transferred my husband to another department. I was told that my AC compressor and condenser needed to be replaced at West Chevrolet. I decided to get a second opinion and found out that the diagnosis was something else which was much cheaper to fix. There was nothing wrong with the compressor/condenser and beware that West Chevrolet will try and take advantage of people that are out of state. I have purchased two vehicles from Advantage Chevy. ***** was my sales person. He was amazing. I had to come back to purchase an extended warranty that I didn't get at the time of purchase. I came back in and ****** was awesome. Answered all of my questions and was extremely patient. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, see ***** because he will definitely get you that deal and ****** will wrap it up.

Bought a car 2 months ago. Took my flat tire in to get it serviced from Discount Tire. They showed me a tire thread level of 3 out 11. I don't think this is legal and how did it pass inspection?

The service department lies about there . Ability to be able to diagnose any vehicle. Took my truck in to get a modular put in and programmed a part that I ordered from there parts department and wasnt able to program it. Still charged me *********************************************** swapped to the part I bought from them that did not work. Left with having to go down the street to another place and they ordered the correct part and had to wait a week for my truck but got it fixed. Would not recommend there service departm... read more

Do not take your car here, They will treat it like it's Junk !!!!Took my 2003 ZR2 Blazer here with ****** orginal miles and they left it outside with the window down for two weeks it rained. Soaked my perfect Interior pretty much wrecked my Nice Old truck.

these people are horrible. they scammed me for information and they insisted to have the downpayment before they ship the car however the salesman told me that I can pay the downpayment upon arrival. everything was over the phone. so I really got ****** dealing with them. but I cancelled the purchase.
