We purchased $3,000 in additional coverages with finance when we purchased our vehicle. Only to find out 2 years later when filing a claim that they never bought the policies. We feel stolen from. One of the policy covered windshield chips. I've been trying for 6 months to get it fixed and no one wants to help. We deserve a refund or help. We feel stolen from.
Sold me a 2019 ***** silverado ***** Edition lemon. I would like to be reimbursed or for them to make it right. I had to get it towed from my job the first month I purchased it.

I've bought 5 cars from Classic ***** Pre-owned in the past 17 years ******* Altima, Impala, Jeep, Tahoe and a Civic) and on this last deal, something went VERY wrong in the financial area. I found the perfect used truck online at Classic Grapevine. I spent hours on the phone sorting out the details, agreeing to trade in costs, talking to their finance people etc., and I was guaranteed that the deal was locked in and the truck was mine. Took my car here for a oil change and after noticed a popping noise. Brought it in to be looked at since i didn't have the issue prior. They claimed they fixed the issue. Drove off the lot and the issue continued. Staff lied said it was a body shop issue to take it there. Took it to their body shop and they were too stupid to figure out where the noise came from. Took it to another dealership who instantly knew what the issue was and fixed ir. And fyi it was NOT a body issue. Nothing but idiots at this place
Bought a new 2018 colorado and have had transmission problem. From the factory need fixed for free. Or refund my money so I can get a real car.
Would give 0 stars if possible. I dropped my truck off for hail damage on April 28th, it is now may 26th and it hasn’t been touched. They had taken pictures of it and supposedly done a scan on the electronics which took them a couple of weeks for some reason. They claimed to have been waiting on my insurance company to start working on the vehicle, which I could believe because I also work at a dealership. Very very unhappy with the vehicle I bought, and how many times it has been in the shop. Brand new Cab Over was bought, first 6k miles I had to take it in for a few weeks because the lights on the back weren't working. While there I had them check the A/C as its basically a joke in that truck and employees have to drive around with the windows down because its so bad.
