Bad Customer Service Over the Phone. We Decided to take our Business (Guarantee Money) Somewhere Else. A Woman named Vivian is rude and a gentleman named Tim used poor choice of words, it was unappreciated (Sarcasm Not Needed While Discussing Business)!!
