My family has been purchasing cakes from Classic Bakery for years and have never had a problem until today (8-13-17). Not only was the staff extremely rude, they had the audacity to try to send out a cake that said "happy birthday 21st Gary." I understand that mistakes happen but the thing that gets me is, at least 2 of the women knew. I heard one say "I wonder if she'll say anything."
