Went in without any problems, came out with a scratched up wheel. No way to prove it happened there, so I have to eat the price to get it fixed, but I'm certain the scratches were not there before. Even the rim shop asked what happened and agree that it was not from a curb or pothole or anything like that. Oh well, used to come here about twice a month without issue, guess I'll find another car wash. **also, noticed some scratches on my plastic trim. Very unhappy.**

Response from owner: A thorough investigation was done immediately after hearing about this review. Videos of the wash process from start to finish were reviewed, all wash equipment was inspected and two identical Jeep’s with the same rims and tire size were observed going thru the wash within a few hours of this incident. The customer was called and invited to walk thru our wash to see for himself that the circular marks on his rim could not be made in our car wash. Great place to go if you want to get your truck all scratched up!
Really amazing service. I didn't even recognize my car when they were done b/c it was so clean. God bless them b/c my car was filthy and they cleaned it amazingly.

We apologize for the bad experience you had at our carwash today. Classic Auto Spa’s policy regarding torn bills is the same as most banks. All serial numbers have to be present to use the bill. Our cashier had not run across the problem before so she asked a coworker if she was allowed to take the torn bill.
