After being an extremely loyal customer at Classic since opening, I recently purchased a new convertible vehicle. I brought the vehicle in today for the first time to be fully detailed. After retrieving my car and getting home, I noticed a small pinhole in my soft top along with scuff marks. After bringing the car back to speak with someone about what happened, I was made to look like an imbecile. You've lost a loyal customer, Classic. A true disappointment.
