Poor customer service, very rude sales people, do not buy from this place, plenty of other dealerships that will treat their customers better! They obviously Dont want business! Edit - I called in to buy a truck Cash, One that they did not mention has rust needs tires, paint job, and a broken glass, 500$ down for what? Found a good car here, and they made it super quick and easy to get. Lucas made the whole process super easy for me, and both him and the owner were super nice.
Absolutely worse car dealership in Fort Worth, and maybe DFW all together. Melissa has to have the worse customer service I have even seen from someone who works with the public. This dealership is design to manipulate you and steal your hard earned money… Do not buy from them. Definitely the right dealership Mr Rocky!!!
