It’s a shame but this place left a very poor taste in my mouth for over 15 years now. The guys working were incredibly rude, unresponsive, took a ridiculous amount of time for what was supposed to be a quick repair, and returned my device with a knob missing. Absolute bummer.
So glad I went to Fred for repairing my parent's record player. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He repaired it right on the spot and was very reasonably priced. I will go back to him in the future.
Fixed my turntable quickly, and at a fair price. He is honest. He has tons of experience. Also was enjoyable to talk to. Would do business again with.
Very grateful for the experience. Turns out it was an easy fix (I did a bad job installing an aftermarket needle), but the gentleman who fixed it gave me some great tips on how to better care for my equipment. Got it back home and it was working perfectly. Thank you!
One of the previous posts mentions that the guy running this shop “definitely hates his job.” After a recent experience, I believe that poster is correct. Despite the negative post, I opted to contact the place anyway because the store offers the service I need. So the other day, I called to ask a simple question.
