Came in to fix a turntable, I had the worse greeting by the same guy everyone is talking about on the reviews down below and I have to definitely agree with them. The guy is just bad tempered and honestly kind of scary. I get that he might be super knowledgeable but really? You run a business and treat customers like that? Great experience. Paid a very small diagnostic fee to figure out that we needed an entirely new turntable. The owner was very honest and very thorough in his explanation. He recommended a new reliable unit and we were able to buy it same day. The small fee and quick stop in the shop saved hours of us troubleshooting and trying to save a helpless machine!

Found out about this place through a Reddit post. My turntable wouldn’t power on and decided to visit the shop before spending $200+ replacing it. Was able to walk-in and get my turntable fixed without an appointment. Owner was great. Explained the whole process while trying to pinpoint the issue with my particular machine. Answered all questions I had. My turntable was fixed and ready to take home in less than half an hour. At an incredibly reasonable price at that! Highly recommend this repair shop.
