Left a text message two days ago, never got a response. Website suggested call or TEXT. Arrived at store with Receiver and cassette player on a Thursday afternoon, sign out front said new hours M-W-F, but the door was open and a customer was being helped. I was told I needed an appointment, I asked if I could make an appointment and was told if I could wait until they were done with the current customer they would then help me. I waited about 30 minutes out front and finally gave up. Will look for another repair service.
I’ve used Classic Audio a couple of times many years ago for vintage Carver repairs. Today I went in with a old Technics amplifier that I had not used for a long time and thought it was faulty. The guys tested it and found nothing wrong with it. It was a minor issue with the settings. They took care of the issue quickly for modest charge. Now that’s pretty honest. Fantastic Service at Classic Audio Repair! I recently took my mother's old, broken record player to Classic Audio Repair, and the experience was genuinely fantastic. The owner is an expert in audio and electronic repairs. He did a thorough cleaning and got the record player working perfectly again.
