The salespeople are not pushy. You are allowed to roam the Showroom and look at the vehicles without being bumrushed by salespeople. Douglas assisted me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great customer service the job is done the right way
Service Dept: I love the ease of making appointments online and availability of loaners for the longer servicing visits. Everyone there is very friendly. My service adviser Joe is great, very knowledgeable and responsive. It's not the closest Audi service center to me but it's worth the trip.
The sales team here were super amazing, but I especially have to thank Doug, Richard and Allen for going out of their way to help me in the most professional and knowledgeable ways, with the greatest smiles! Thank you guys! 😊
