2018 I purchase a 2018 Audi RS five coupe I signed a piece of paper tire protection I was mislead was told Its good to have never told oh u should also get cosmetic protection cost me over $2000 I’m thinking OK it’s worth it I pay put the car in now I’m told that is not covered for cosmetics I have scratches on both front rooms not only am not coveredWhen I go to pick up the vehicle it is dirty I was told it was watch two days ago and if I would like it to be watched again I would have to wait another 30 minutes
