First time Audi owner; first experience with Audi service. Glad I was recommended to go to Classic Audi. No issues. Had a 7;30 AM appointment. I was out by 7:50 and caught the train to Manhattan. Got a call letting me the car was ready for pickup and when i got to the service center that evening the car was parked in front like they said. Joanna bell was my service rep. she was great. friendly, fast and efficient.
I've been taking my Q5 to Classic Audi service for three years. I've always had great service and the staff are helpful, courteous and accommodative.

I been dealing with this dealership for over 3 years now but this latest experience was top notch. I decided on an upgrade and was lucky to get Clive Perkins in Sales. He gave me the BEST demonstration of the car features! Even stuff I never knew I had with the previous car. While that was disappointing, Clive made up for it 120%! Negotiations were fair and the process was smooth. Love my new Q5!
