I live in Long Island and I spoke to them over the phone and they were very polite and helpful
The dealership were nice however I thought they could've washed the engine from oil and gunk. I also had to return twice to fix the brakes, this is after car was inspected with brakes marked as passed. I do like the vehicle, though.
