When this particular set of persons who operate the dealership, get all flaky about my wanting to buy the vehicle on a payment plan after finding out I live in California, despite intending to pay it off when I visit MA in March, and cant be bothered and decide to ignore my phone calls. This company DESERVES to be called out for their odious behaviour. Oh well, Ill take my money ELSEWHERE.
STAY AWAY - He never responded to my email from the Carguru site, so I called and set up an appointment for a specific time the next day, leaving my number. I drove over 60 miles to look at the car my daughter really wanted. We pulled up and he looked surprised - we told him about the appointment and said "ohhh, i was gonna call you. the alternator went so it's in the shop' That's it - no apology, just a shrug. Totally unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this one - plenty of other places to buy a car.
I find this dealership people of honesty and good for their word. I found both the father and son a pleasure to deal with and would not hesitate to go back to them. All communications were swift and to the point. Thank you Class Act Motors for the experience.
