I’ve been a loyal customer at Clásico since it open. I’d never encountered such dreadful service till now .On June 3,2019 . The waitress “Natalia” had such a HORRENDOUS ATTITUDE, she got every order wrong. When I reminded her, she had it wrong or just forgot about. She would roll her eyes ,make facial expression,and just make up lies “that they ran out stuff”. We were weekly customers and we stopped coming a few moths back due their of lack of service ! So we decided to come today and it got worse ! The wife asked for clean arrechada tacos and they came after 45 minutes and topped with cheese and Chile ! So we told the manager and they still brought the same tacos washed up ! Ridiculous and unprofessional
Best Clamato Beers in Texas and in the southwest, great variety and tasty appetizers!!
