I ordered a $1700 smartboard from them for my employer which was supposed to take 3 weeks to ship. Six weeks later, it still hadn't arrived. I emailed them and they said they'd get back to me. They never did. I called them and they said they'd call me back. They never did. Finally I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent me the product using a different shipping company. This is essentially a scam. Do not do any business with them.

Instead of them shipping my shredder and liner bags expediently as I paid $25 for. I got a sales call under the guise of confirming my shipping information in which EVERYTHING was already in order, to further gather unnecessary information about me to set up an account to further up sell me. Please get me my INITIAL PURCHASE ORDER in a timely manner BEFORE concerning yourselves with my private information and trying to sell me more stuff!!

I tried to order from this company for something they had on their website, took my money, and wanted to charge me more than what was advertised on the site. This is bad business, false advertisement, and poor customer service. I was contemplating ordering more office supplies from this company but they can't be trusted.

I had a very positive experience ordering shredding bags for our Fellowes Shredder. Emir was very professional and my office received our order promptly.
