When I was 15-16, I was referred here by a school counselor, life had stopped feeling, well, like anything. I had no motivation to move forwards or to continue in anything I had going on. I lost interest in hobbies, school, friends and social life. I didn't want to do something incredibly invasive or start medication so this was all I had left to really use. I was 17 when I first came here. With no knowledge for why I was feeling the way I was for an experience I had before. This place literally changed my life and I will forever cherish it:) she no longer works here this was about 3 years and a half ago but she was amazing. For confidential reasons I won’t say her name but I wish I can meet her soon just to tell her in person how much she helped me through my toughest times and how I’ll always appreciate it
