My experience with this association has been a complete & utter nightmare that has torn my family apart & has turned my kids totally against me. A foster parent stole two stimulus checks for our child when he hadn't stayed with her in months. She wasn't even allowed to have his social security number. This woman also forced our son to be baptized at her church because he came out to her as bisexual.
