Rip off. No help. Under educated staff.
Was not happy that I had to deal with an assistant on an iPad in the doctors office. She didn’t ask me every question right off the bat but after she turned her video off she kept unmuting to ask me another question. I just felt super awkward sitting in the room with her there on the computer. I also wasn’t happy that I sat and waited in the room for quite awhile being told that the dermatologist would come back with my paperwork.
