Brand new management the management is awesome. Friendly community. Very peaceful and quiet in the community. Highly recommend hideaway cove apartments.
These are all the city violations this place has that they still have yet to fix, including bed bugs since February. They went months without pest control & then when they finally did have pest control come out They don’t give even a 24 hour written notice for pest control, or there’s no notice at all. This place is a mess & I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to live here. The managers are rude, lazy & never answer the phone or emails. I cannot wait to get the hell out of this nightmare of a place.
We've been given multiple numbers to contact and no answer. We have to go out of our way to pay rent and now it's been upcharged. They say " put in maintenance " and no one has ever come out. No one is EVER in the office to dispute. Terrible management.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. Ever since ownership has changed this has become the WORST place to live. no one ever in the office, can’t ever get ahold of anyone, can’t ever get anyone to fix anything. The whole complex is infested with bed bugs & roaches because they haven’t had pest control here in MONTHS. this place should be condemned because it’s disgusting. they do make sure to get the quarters out of the washers and dryers that barely work but they can’t get pest control out here.
