Called to see if they had the tires I needed and they said they had 6 in stock. Arrived and waited almost 2 hours then they advised me they couldn't find the tires and tried to get me to buy a lesser brand for the same price. I wanted A/T tires and they tried to sale me H/T then a A/T tire that you couldn't get replaced anywhere because they don't make them anymore. All along they were blaming the manager that wasn't there. Needless to say I will not be recommending this business to anyone.

Can't tell you how much I appreciate Steve May and the Employees at Gateway Tire, I don't know of any other place that takes care of customers with the appreciation and gratitude that they give their customers!!! A good family friend had to get to North Carolina because of a family medical emergency and had a bad tire that did not need to be on the interstate, And Steve May opened the doors at 8:00 on a Friday Night to make sure that person would make it to their destination safely. A few weeks ago my daughter took her car in, she was having a problem with one tire being continually low. They checked all 4 tires, said her tires were fine it was because of changing temperatures that she was having problems. They did tell her that she needed new brakes as soon as possible. She went today to have her brakes replaced and they looked at them and said that her brakes were fine but that she needed two new tires. Still wondering what the problem is. Brakes or tires.
