AMAZING!!! Josh and the staff very professional and helpful! I was told by Firestone that I needed tire rods/ struts and those items needed to be replaced ASAP!! JOSH IS THE BEST!!!! Ask for josh when you go! All the staff were super professional and knew what they were talking about but especially josh. The wait time was not long, and everything I needed was fixed in a timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE. The best service I have ever had! I will not go anywhere else now! 🙂

3 and a half hours turnaround time for 4 tires is kind of ridiculous. Service guy didnt even pull it in straight to where he parked it because he obviously heard the rubbing noise. Didnt bother to address it with me he instead just turned the service folder in and went back to work. Theyve done other work for me and it was quality work but this time the turnaround time and quality was not good
I will definitely come back for my cars needs! They were very quick and very kind. I was told by two other places I needed a new tire due to a nail being in one of mine. I came in ready to purchase a new tire and they said it was able to be patched and they even rotated my tires. I feel like they actually care about doing what's reasonable and right for their customers and aren't just doing their job for an extra dollar. Thank you all, for all of your kindness and prompt work.
