I had my tire checked at another auto repair was told no problem just needed air. Today I went to Gateway, they were professional, polite and quickly repaired my flat tire that had two nails. I will now be a loyal customer and highly recommend Gateway Tire and Service!

Brandon was ABSOLUTELY fantastic! He found a wheel for me in 10 minutes that was being searched for more than 10 days! I originally bought my wheels from him at another store, but lost a wheel and needed a replacement. I was kept in the loop the entire time on when it should arrive. Top notch service! I recommend them 100%. Go see Brandon, he’ll get you taken care of.
I have been bringing my car to Gateway on Hornberger for 7 years now. I keep coming back because of honest and thorough repair work. I even had my car towed from Springfield, TN because I trust their work so much. When Gateway referred me to a muffler shop I was sent to a great place, another honest business. Everyone needs to try Gateway and I'm sure you'll agree with me.

This place is absolutely amazing! I can not say enough of how outstanding the customer service along with the hospitality is of everyone who works here.
