Refused to see my 12 year old dog because of a personal resentment Not a very professional thing to do.
Recommendedthank you Clarkston Veterinary Clinic! I'm across the state and my childhood cat took a dreadful turn. All I could do was listen to my mom as my cat struggled after a terrible neurologic event. I called Clarkston Veterinary Clinic and even though they'd never seen her they got her in quickly, took care of her as we said goodbye to her, and let me do payment over the phone 3 hours away. They refused to help a dog that was hit by a car today & was dying! Just because it wasn’t a patient! So just let the poor thing suffer in pain?! You should have help end it’s suffering like the owner asked! Shame on you!!!
If you have a cat with allergies and have visited many vets in the area to find help like myself. Don't walk RUN here!! Dr Schwartz and Jennifer treated Maya last minute. When Maya was seen her face was beat up from scratching, stomach was missing fur, her butt was raw and she was miserable. Five days later she is the calmest I have seen her in years. Excellent care! Had a sick gecko and had a great experience at Clarkston Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Schwartz took time to care for our gecko. No rushing in and out. Took the time to treat her and explain everything to us. If you have a reptile or any pet for that matter I highly recommend this vet. It is obvious they truly care and love animals.
I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. Dr. Schwartz and his staff do such a great job. My first Bichon lived to the age of 17. My second Bichon has thrived under Dr. Schwartz's care. I can't thank you all enough!
