This place charges a $25 "co-pay", no matter what you buy. Really it's a fee not an insurance co-payment. Somewhat deceiving to call it a "co-pay." I went last year (2022) for an eye exam, and did not schedule an eye exam for this year, as I planned to call and schedule when I was ready. I started receiving phone calls and texts for an appointment this year (2023) that I did not schedule. Not a reminder to make an appointment but an actual set date and time. Dr. Wu is terrific--friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The staff is also very friendly, too. Would highly recommend!
