My daughter has Autism and non verbal. They were very sweet and professional and understanding of my daughter and knew on how to work with her. I highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare if you have kid with special needs.
The staff was very friendly. The optometrist was so nice and took care of my son and me. This is my new eye doctor and I will be back next year.

I went in with a prescription. But the way the individual who was going to take care of me made me feel was like I was bothering them. Additionally, the person never got up or greeted me when I came in. No smile, no customer service skills, just attitude. If I was dropping off the prescription I would’ve proceeded, but I had to pick my frames with that person and their attitude as well, no thank you. I will try my luck at a different Clarkson location or company altogether.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean, all my questions were answered. Wait time was great! My appt was at 4 and I was taken into the exam room at 4:04.
