As far as I can tell the termite traps they put down at my new house is good.
I contracted Clark’s Termite & Pest Control, to service the house I rent, about a year and half ago. They sent two of there “specialists” out for the call. I was not at the house, but my fiancé was. When they arrived, they came in the house, put on there shoe covers, and looked around. They said they could see no roaches, there was very little signs of them, and could not smell them. Even after telling them on video they did not spray yard them came back and on video they did not spray yard.
