You have to 2 rude employees that came to Stoops to pick up a truck! Cursing and called me a name as I was doing job! A sort of tall guy with red hair....and skinny and a heavy set guy with low cut. Both were white guys....Today at 11:30am
So problematic with these guys. Called on Wednesday, needed o-rings and pickup manifold for the oil replaced. Said they didn’t have the manifold. I said I will pick it up. They said they could do it Thursday. Show up Thursday and their power is out and they can’t do it. I don’t understand why, you don’t need power for such a small job. A small Milwaukee can get the job done. So I leave and start trying to find another shop. No go, no one can get to me. I call back to see if their power is back up. These guys are great. They always have what I need.
Typical overpriced corporate repair shop. Can’t get it fixed on the first try and just keep charging you ungodly amounts and you have no choice but to pay it because they have your truck. Would give them a zero if I could truck blew a antifreeze line on their test drive and they had the truck towed back in For a three dollar part and a five minute fix and charge me nearly $600 for the tow. O yea and had the truck for two weeks. Twice
I’ve been going here for almost ten years. If you have a Detroit power plant, this is the place to take it. They’ve always done right by me, and they’ll take care of your tractor too.
