These PEOPLE are jokes. They don't do there job and we the PEOPLE get the shortend of the stick🤦♀️ My caseworker C. Tanner never called me for my interview ON 6/24/25 3PM now I receive a notice in the mail that I missed my interview, when I sat by the phone all day and even have my PHONE recording on from 230p till 4p to have proof I never received a call. Was supposed to get a phone appointment today at 3pm for EBT. It's almost 4pm and I try to call three times and nothing went through. They did this to my friend before too. What the hell is going on?!
I don't know if they're short staffed, lazy, or if they just don't care about people. I tried to apply for food stamps. I was given a notification for a phone interview regarding my case DAYS after the interview was to take place. The interview itself was supposed to be at 9am. I sat by my phone and waited for an hour and a half. No call. At 11am I finally got a call from my case worker, but I was driving and was unable to answer.
