Tonight (9pm) We had our power go out due to something burning out on a "common" power pole in the backyard-3 neighbors also affected. Clark PUD had a lineman out here in 15min. Power restored in less than an hour from outage! :) You guys rock! Thank you !
Wouldn't it be wonderful to explain to your customers that "In the event that you as a homeowner that may have older pipes and,in some instances ,Quest pipe installed underground feeding your home,you might decide to have a water pressure regulator installed after your water meter" The reason Is simple,Clark pud water division sometimes, at will, increases water pressure to satisfy the demands of new construction,without warning. Thank you for working at all hours in the cold and the wind to restore our power. I hear the wonderful sound of our furnace this morning after yesterday's wind storm that caused so many Clark County homes, including ours, to lose power. Going from over 12,000 to only 991 customers without power in fewer than 24 hours is pretty good, I think! Hopefully the remaining 991 will get their power restored soon. Thanks for the great service!
