Thank you Clark Public Utilities for taking care of your community early into the morning of July 5th after my neighbor's fireworks started a fire that quickly traveled through multiple backyards, including damaging a utility pole. Currently it is 3am and three large CPU trucks just left my neighborhood after replacing the pole. I appreciate your hard work and service. Stay safe.
RecommendedReally helpful! The electricity in my condo was flickering Sunday night so I messaged Monday morning to see if there was a brownout. Erica said there didn't seem to be any outages on their end but they could dispatch someone to take a look, and it was only about an hour and a half later that a technician came by. He went through the trouble of finding the problem and fixing it, even though my property management would have had me wait for them to send someone out. Thank you so much!
I started requesting "Energy Saver Kits" once a year from PG&E years ago after the kids brought some home from school. Now that I've moved I went to Clark Public Utilities looking for one. Not finding anything I sent them an email asking if they had any and that the light bulbs were especially helpful. I sent the email around midnight. I was out walking my dogs around 3pm the next day. Very responsive to outages even on extremely hot days!
In 15 years only a couple of outages. Always pleasant and helpful. Very willing to work with if having money issues. Love equal pay.
