Fails to communicate for 10 days! They suspected there was a problem with our meter (a meter that was changed out a few short years back, I watched it happen) so this morning a guy pulls up and was going to change the meter out! Would of been nice to have some notification in the 10 days you thought there was a problem!!!! Super nice people, always polite and easy to work with! Always ready to help instead of the usual rigmarole with most utilities and companies these days. Instead of throwing up roadblocks at every opportunity they actually help. You don’t see that much anymore!
