We were referred to Dr. Clark by our primary dentist, Dr. Earst. From the time we entered until the time her appointment was over, the staff was beyond wonderful! I completely loved our "orientation" with Melissa! And the cookies were delicious and warm! :-) Best Ortho office EVER!!! Totally looking forward to working with them

Today, I call "on call assistance" because one of my brackets came off and the wire is hurting my cheek. And the assistance, who didn't even said her name, just yelled at me! And she told me to call tomorrow to make an appointment because since it is not hurting or ruin my treatment is not an emergency. First, it is hurting me, and I can't chew. My daughter got her braces on today. Dr Clark sat with her and made sure she was comfortable and all her questions were answered before they started. Carri was kind and patient. She explained every step before hand and was so gentle. Everyone is so friendly. I am very appreciative for their knowledgeable care!
