Clark Memorials failed to deliver my mother's headstone on time as promised and all they offered was "we're sorry". All I wanted from the day I signed the contract was to have my mother's headstone in place by Mother's Day. The representatives and salesperson reassured me up until 3 days before Mother's Day that it was being installed-which was a lie. They robbed me of my opportunity to give my mother her "last" gift on time.
