This company is just awesome. I called them on Christmas day to come out and check a strange smell that we have been dealing with in the house it had been giving some of us headaches. They came out within the hour that I called them and was able to replace the whole unit the next day most likely saving my family from health hazards or worse. I highly recommend this company. This is the first service company I've ever dealt with that didn't make me feel like I was being ripped off. Another company had told me I needed a new unit. Something didn't feel right so I called Clark (my mom and dad recommended them) It was just a capacitor!!!!!! Thanks Clark!
This is a fantastic company to work with. I just wish they did more than heating and air conditioning! If you're looking for an old school, local business to work with- they'll treat you right.
Any company that donates their time to help out the less fortunate or those in need is a company I want to work with in the future
2 years ago Willis heating gave us a quote of over $1100 to fix our heat. We spent the rest of that winter using emergency heat. A few months ago Clarke came out and fixed our problem for about $150. The other day Willis called the house and my husband told them they are too expensive and that we use Clarke. We will never call anyone else.
Used these guys for years. Quick to respond on phone and at the house and always know what they are doing. However....this weekend, our boiler shut down. They were quick to respond, got it up and running and told me they need to replace the Pilot Assembly and would have to come back for that. That was $107. Came back today with the tiny wire and had it installed and running in minutes. That was $189! I'm now almost at $300!! Was told I would only be charged for the item today since they didn't have it on the truck yesterday.... read more
I have had to call Clark two times in the last three years both times they arrived super prompt ( under an hour from call) and solve my problem kindly and reasonably.
Guy came to my mom place an looked at a.c. unit an told her it was shot an needed a new one an it was 3700 bucks so I had another company come out an look at it an said an it was low on Freon an charged 59.95 to fix it so really try to screw over a older lady wow
Just a really great company to work with, we couldn't be happier.
