Wonderful experience at Clark & Gossett. From the lovely ladies in the office/scheduling to the assistant staff working along side Dr. Gossett. Very professional, very thorough and extremely caring. Who knew such customer service existed in a dental office?! Sent home today after procedure with a goody bag and a handwritten thank you note from everyone-amazing. :)
RecommendedFriendly but yet very professional staff 💛 It was also very clean and the dentist was very informative about what was going to take place for my upcoming surgery procedure.
My daughter (12 us old) had to have some teeth removed for braces. They were so awesome and caring and super nice. I didn't feel Iike we were being rushed. Like we were the only patients he had that day!! Even though they had a tough time with her IV they were very patient. We even recieved a call from the doctor that afternoon checking up on her to make sure she was ok!! Would recommend them to everyone!!!!
What a great team and awesome Doctor!!! I had to have oral surgery 6 days ago (at the Schertz location) and everything is just healing nicely. Dr. Cross and his team did an awesome job!!! Everyone is super nice and patient. I even got a "goodie bag" after my surgery which contained post surgery instructions, gauzes, toothbrush, toothpaste, a chocolate protein shake and even a handwritten "get well soon" card signed by the whole team...so sweet!!! So I highly recommend Dr. Cross and his team!!!

I put off getting my wisdom teeth pulled as long as possible bc I was terrified. They made it a very pleasant experience.
