A wonderful experience from start to finish! We had flooring I purchased from Wesly at Clark Dunbar installed by Walter in our newly remodeled master bathroom. The flooring is beautiful and Walter was very professional and did an excellent job, I plan to redo the flooring in my kitchen and dining room next and have already selected the flooring product I want with Wesley's help and will be buying it from Clark Dunbar and having them install it. What an awesome experience!
Wesley was super helpful, he helped me find the exact flooring I was looking for. All the sales associates are quick to help and know a lot about the flooring they sell.
I cannot say enough nice things about Clark Dunbar! I was immediately greeted when I walked through the doors, the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. They went over all my options with me and even let me take some samples home to see how they would look in my home with my lighting etc. The process was easy and convenient. Also, their prices are very reasonable and they had financing options.
Let me just take a minute to tell you how wonderful this company is. 4 years ago I bough flooring from them. It started coming up. I called, they came and made it right. A special shoutout to Amber who shoved my problem quickly wit no hassle, and to James who is doing a tremendous job on installing the new floor. Let me emphasize, THIS WAS NOT CLARK DUNBAR’s fault.. It was the manufacturer, but Clark Dunbar made it right. Thank you so much. I would use them again for any flooring need.
