Very poor communication skills at this office. Secratary would promise a call back so I could cancel a policy on a totaled vehicle and I would never receive one. This went on for almost a month before I transferred my policy to another agents office. When I transferred they claimed to have never received my voicemails or messages. She asked if I was calling the right #...I pulled it up on my phone to confirm it was the right phone #. They also had my correct # on file.
