Had my wife drop off our broken spring they build a new one, also though miss understanding made me a second one, they reimburse for the second spring and lent me bars to fix mine. They went out of their way to help me on the phone, thanks Paul. They will be the company to install my new doors .
Was charged over $400 for a spring replacement. The labor alone was $220 and it took the repairman 30 minutes. That is crazy.
They are a complete rip off. I was charged almost $400 for a simple broken residential garage door spring replacement. $220 for a short section of regular black garage door spring, and the rest was labor. Yes, you read that right- $220 for a short generic black spring. Insane.
