Raynor does not honor its warranty on garage doors. I have been contacting Raynor and the local Delaware dealer, Clark and Sons, since July and have not even gotten a call back. I have called and emailed with my requests, yet neither Raynor corporate or the local dealer have had the courtesy of following up with me to learn about the issue. Unfortunately companies that exceed your service expectations are rare. This company is it. Communicates well, on time, professional, fair....five stars I is not enough.
