Don't understand why they always over book, we always have to wait two hours and more.
I had to wait 2 hours to see my doctor 2 hours after my appointment time. I thought that 2 hours for a follow up was absolutely ridiculous.
Unbelievable - overcrowded, office with not enough receptionists or seats to cater to the number of people. Waited to just get to the reception in a long line outside the office for over 30 minutes despite having an appointment. Then waited another 60 minutes to be seen - 1.5 hrs after my appointment time. What exactly is the point of an appointment if you're seen over 1.5 hrs after your booking? Absolutely ridiculous.
Wait times are super long. They don’t value their appointment slots. If your appointment is at 8:50am for routine tests, be prepared to wait until 12pm. This clinic is a joke. Will not be returning.
