Service was quick Staff was carefull and helpfull
VERY long wait. as in HOURS. make sure to bring a water bottle and a power brick to charge your phone/tablet or even a book to read
Similar to the other reviews, it is extremely hard to get through their phone line. Why even have a phone if nobody can attend to it? The receptionists (or the people that answer the phones) don't seem to have much empathy. The clinic seems disorganized in general. The wait is horrendously long, at least 90 mins between the original appointment time and the time we can get out of there. I waited 8 months for my appointment. I called multiple times in between to ask for any cancellations or updates and the staff were nothing but rude. Like it was a burden that they had to answer patient’s questions. when I finally got an appointment, they made the appointment for me in Scarborough instead of Ajax and at no point told me informed me that I was supposed go to Scarborough.
