Clean office, friendly reception staff but 5 minutes with the doctor is horrible just done in a flash . No time to ask questions. Did not shared the results of the eye tests. Just made a diagnosis and decided on what procedure to be done. Then he left. Terrible bedside manners. The hall way was full of patients. They must have over booked & many may sat for hours. If in the future , I would tell my optmerist not to send me to this clinic.
It’s always the same story — the hospital is packed and overcrowded no matter what. Even with a scheduled appointment, we end up waiting 3–5 hours. The system is completely pointless and feels like a waste of time, energy, and patience. Appointments are supposed to manage crowding, not make us wait even longer.
The place is good but some Doctors are making it bad like the one met me 4 years back he refused to give me cope of my prescription
Don't understand why they always over book, we always have to wait two hours and more.
