Like many others on here, I too was a patient here for years and Kristen, Neil, and Maggie were always so good to me. None of this was their fault. Having allergy immunotherapy disrupted has made me very sick this allergy season and my asthma is terrible. I just want to have my records so I can go to another clinic, but the phones are disconnected. Very unfortunate situation all around.
I am giving a higher rating than the other patients because I have been a patient here for 4 almost 5 years. Dr. Rotskoff, Kristen, Neil and I believe her name is Maggie have always been very nice to both my husband and I and incredibly accommodating if we missed appointments. My husband called almost a month and half ago requesting an appointment and Neil mentioned that they would not be taking appointments going forward until the Dr. comes back. Closed business without warning and no way to get records. What a joke.
Closed without notifying their patients. They will not respond to calls or emails to transfer records or unused serum to a new doctor. They billed my insurance thousands of dollars for new serum only a month ago (of which I paid several hundred dollars for the copay) and now that will all go to waste. I don't think I've ever left a bad google review, but this is incredible unethical and has harmed their patients treatment and health.
I had a great experience with Dr Rotskoff. Very patient. Awesome bedside manner!! His staff was very helpful too!
