Service was perfect great menu adored my perfectly pan seared Foie Gras and chef gave me extra on the side! Benjamin was the best server I've had in a long time the Chef Jon Krinn came to our table and spent time discussing menu and helping my friend with her Birthday celebrating. You can't compare this place to other local restaurants - this is a gem that stands up to the best in DC. The menu changes all the time, and the food is impeccably prepared. It's never stuffy or pretentious- just amazing taste in every bite. The attention to detail is superb and (thanks to the chef's father) you can try what must be the best bread in the USA.

Had an amazing dinner last night for my friend's birthday (Sunday). I booked the reservation through some research. Lucky to find this hidden jam. The daily menu and the concept of using fresh ingredients is refreshing. We chose the tasting menu, and each course was like an art. The details and effort of the chef and the staff was impressive. Went and had dinner last night, was everything I had hoped it would be. Had a reservation but decided to have dinner at the bar - Lizzy was great!! Had the Oysters and Baby Lettuce Salad...wonderful and so fresh, I think the best oysters we've ever had! The Roasted Earth and Eats Chicken from PA was best chicken we've ever had as well as the Veal Porterhouse. Also enjoyed meeting Chef Krinn who helped us make our selections...looking forward to going back with friends.
The food the atmosphere and the service was incredible, I would give it 10 stars ✨
