The room itself was fine. Nothing great, but it was about what I expected for the price. It seemed clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The amenities is where I would give 0/1 star. The pool (which we specifically looked for in a place to stay) was DISGUSTING. The water was slimy, had a foul smell, and was full of natural debris (i.e. leaves, twigs, etc). I just wanted to say what a wonderful place is. I spent the last five nights here while my dad was passing away and these guys were so good to me. They treated me like I was family. Also, the rates were fantastic for the size of room I had in this motel. I’ve gone to other ones here in St. George. This is now very much my favorite motel every time I come back to St. George to visit anybody this is where I’ll be staying at it’s right next to the Black Bear diner in St. George. It is wonderful. An excellent value. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet did not disappoint.
