Pool area was Dirty, walls in Elevator very dirty, dinning rooms chairs are really outdated also the flooring near Elevator broken up, the whole building could use a serious paint Job. Pictures on site don't show how hotel really looks.
We found a live bed bug in the room but the hotel refused compensation. My mom who stayed in the room with me experienced bites all along her arms and back of her neck. They refused to do anything and the manger gave us an attitude and said they couldn't do anything. We even brought it live to them at the front desk and they didn't even look at it.
Outdated hotel , horrible breakfast , bathroom needs to get redone. Squeaky beds , one employee was rude to everyone he worked from Saturday March 28th into Sunday March 29. He extended peoples stay but told them that they had to move their cars from the lot. He had both his AirPods in and did not make the housekeeping staff aware of the extended stays. My debt card was charged most of my fee instead of the credit card on file when booking. Overall, I will never stay there again. Not worth the price.
This inn exceeded my expectations. I was expecting the worse like cockroaches, unsafe area, but this inn offers everything you need with half the price compared to a casino resort. Rooms were clean, breakfast food was good, generally felt safe. Our shower had a weird jet stream but it didn’t bother us too much. Would stay here again for how cheap it is
